Rental Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations of rented items, Kittie Yiyi reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation requests. You will be entitled to a refund of a slot item if your cancellation request is approved and received in 14 or more days prior to your booking start date. Kittie Yiyi reserves the right to not entertain any cancellation request which is received less than 14 days as this is considered as "last minute cancellation".

If your request is accepted, the maximum cancellation request for basic and standard plan members are 1 slot monthly and premium plan members are up to 2 slots monthly.

If your cancellation request is rejected, your item slot will be forfeited and considered as used. 

In exceptional circumstances we will consider a cancellation outside the allowances above, but reserve the right to decide. Please get in touch to explain your situation for our consideration.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unless specified in the Terms & Conditions offered by Kittie Yiyi, returns and exchanges for change of mind or an unsuitable size/fit are NOT offered.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are booking the correct size and style, though we will always try to help with guidance if you want to get in touch with us before booking.
