For any exchanges due to wrong item received, kindly return your purchases to us within 3 days from the date of delivery with the label tag or packaging intact and in good condition. 

In any circumstances, Kittie Yiyi reserves the right to reject any exchanges if the products were damaged due to poor handling by customers.

Customers are responsible for their own freight charges for the return of products if customers have a change of mind to their orders.
